Very bad experience with Solara

I ordered 72x48x6 size mattress through Amazon. But order was not delivered after 10 days though as per tracking product reached at delivery station near my residence. It is not clear whether order reached actually or it was wrong information of courier company. Finally I cancelled order and requested for refund. Really very bad experience.
