The Apple Pie Smoothie offers the delightful taste of the classic dessert with numerous health benefits.   • 1 large apple, cored and chopped 
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Prepare Ingredients:

  • Core and chop the apple into chunks. If desired, you can peel the apple beforehand.
  • Measure out the Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.


    • Place all the ingredients into a blender.

     Blend Until Smooth:

      • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

       Taste and Adjust:

      • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or spiciness by adding more honey/maple syrup or spices if desired.


      • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top if desired.
