Keeps water cold for a long time

The quality is good and it keeps water cold for a long time.

However, I have two pieces of feedback:

1) A small part of the plastic lid arrived broken. It does not affect the usability of the cup, but maybe the lid needs to be packed more securely before shipping.

2) The straw is too thin, so it takes a lot of effort to drink water through it. I have to use my own straw which works better.

3) The opening provided to put the tumbler to your mouth and drink is too small, in my opinion.

This is a fairly pricey product, so these issues need to be fintetuned.

am in love with the product., I always carry it with me 24/7. Water stays cold in hot weather condition. I have kept the tumbler in car overnight and when used in morning the water was still cold.
Its value for money. I recommend this product to everyone now.

I love it

I like my drinks icy cold and this keeps my water or smoothie cold for hours and hours. I love the size, it motivates me drink two or three refills a day! Lovely colour and the quality seems solid. Not great to carry around to places because of the size but great to keep at your office desk or home when you work from home.
