Ingredients:
- 2 cups of ripe apricots
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar
- 1-2 cups of cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Prepare Apricots:
- Wash the apricots thoroughly and remove the pits. Cut them into halves or quarters for easier blending.
Blend Apricots:
- Place the apricot halves into the blender.
Add Sweetener:
- If the apricots are not very sweet, you can add honey or sugar to enhance the flavour. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
Add Water:
- Pour 1 to 2 cups of cold water into the blender, depending on how thick you want your juice to be.
Blend Until Smooth:
- Secure the blender lid and blend the apricots and water until smooth.
Check Consistency:
- After blending, check the consistency of the juice. If it's too thick, you can add more water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
Add Ice:
- If you prefer your juice chilled, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend briefly to incorporate.
Serve:
- Pour the apricot juice into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a slice of apricot or a sprig of mint.
