Apricot Juice

Apricot juice offers numerous health benefits, packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Rich in vitamin A and C, it supports immune function and promotes healthy skin and vision. The juice also contains potassium, which aids in regulating blood pressure and supporting heart health.


  • 2 cups of ripe apricots
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar
  • 1-2 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes


Prepare Apricots:

  • Wash the apricots thoroughly and remove the pits. Cut them into halves or quarters for easier blending.

Blend Apricots:

  • Place the apricot halves into the blender.

Add Sweetener:

  • If the apricots are not very sweet, you can add honey or sugar to enhance the flavour. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.

Add Water:

  • Pour 1 to 2 cups of cold water into the blender, depending on how thick you want your juice to be.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Secure the blender lid and blend the apricots and water until smooth.

Check Consistency:

  • After blending, check the consistency of the juice. If it's too thick, you can add more water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.

Add Ice:

  • If you prefer your juice chilled, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend briefly to incorporate.


  • Pour the apricot juice into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a slice of apricot or a sprig of mint.
