  • 2 medium-sized beetroots
  • 2 apples, washed and cored
  • 1-inch piece of ginger


Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash and peel the beetroots. Chop them into smaller pieces that will fit into the juicer chute.
  • Wash the apples and remove the cores. Cut them into smaller chunks.


  • Turn on your horizontal juicer and begin feeding the beetroot pieces, apple chunks, and ginger (if using) into the juicer chute one at a time.
  • Use the pusher to push the ingredients down and extract the juice.


  • Once all the ingredients have been juiced, you can mix the juice gently to ensure that the flavors are evenly distributed.


  • Pour the freshly extracted beetroot apple juice into glasses.
  • Optionally, you can add ice cubes for a chilled beverage.
