Homemade air-fried French fries offer potential health benefits when prepared with minimal oil. Made from nutrient-rich potatoes, they provide vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support overall health. With lower fat content compared to deep-fried versions, they can aid in weight management and reduce the risk of obesity-related health issues. While they may not be a significant source of fiber, pairing them with nutritious foods enhances their benefits.
