Jaggery Cold coffee, when prepared without excessive sugar and cream, can offer a range of health benefits. Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 2-3 tbsp jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Prepare Coffee Concentrate:
- In a cup, mix instant coffee powder with a couple of tablespoons of hot water to create a smooth coffee concentrate.
Combine with Cold Milk:
- In a blender, Add ½ cup cold milk, 2 tbsp instant coffee powder, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream.
Add Ice Cubes:
- Drop ice cubes into the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed, creating a cold and refreshing coffee slush.
Serve:
- While serving, add 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream and then pour the cold coffee into a glass.
