Jaggery Cold Coffee

Jaggery Cold coffee, when prepared without excessive sugar and cream, can offer a range of health benefits. Rich in antioxidants from the coffee beans, cold coffee possesses potential anti-inflammatory properties that may contribute to overall well-being. The caffeine content in cold coffee can enhance alertness and improve mental focus, promoting increased productivity. Jaggery Cold coffee, when enjoyed without excessive additives, is a low-calorie beverage that can be a part of a balanced diet, and it’s refreshing nature may help with hydration. However, individual tolerance to caffeine varies, so it's advisable to enjoy cold coffee in moderation to maximize its potential health benefits.


  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 2-3 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Prepare Coffee Concentrate:

  • In a cup, mix instant coffee powder with a couple of tablespoons of hot water to create a smooth coffee concentrate.

Combine with Cold Milk:

  • In a blender, Add ½ cup cold milk, 2 tbsp instant coffee powder, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream.

Add Ice Cubes:

  • Drop ice cubes into the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed, creating a cold and refreshing coffee slush.


  • While serving, add 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream and then pour the cold coffee into a glass.


  • Stir, sip, and enjoy your quick and creamy cold coffee!
