  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup malai
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Preheat the Air Fryer Oven:

  • Preheat your air fryer oven to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Broccoli:

  • Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mix the Sauce:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the malai (heavy cream), olive oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, turmeric powder, garam masala (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.

Coat the Broccoli:

  • Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli florets and toss until they are evenly coated.

Air Fry the Broccoli:

  • Place the coated broccoli florets in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.

Cook in Batches if Necessary:

  • Depending on the size of your air fryer oven, you may need to cook the broccoli in batches to ensure even cooking.

Air Fry:

  • Air fry the broccoli at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the florets halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and lightly browned.

  • Once the broccoli is cooked to your liking, remove it from the air fryer oven and transfer it to a serving dish.

Garnish and Enjoy:

  • Garnish the Malai Broccoli with chopped cilantro (if using) for added flavor and freshness. Serve hot as a side dish or as part of a meal.

  • Enjoy your delicious and creamy Malai Broccoli straight from the air fryer oven!
