Masala Paneer

Masala Paneer

Masala Paneer, a dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and aromatic spices, offers several health benefits. Paneer is an excellent source of protein, essential for muscle maintenance and repair, making Masala Paneer a satisfying option for vegetarians. The dish also includes spices like turmeric, which contains curcumin known for its anti-inflammatory properties, and ginger and garlic, known for their potential immune-boosting and antibacterial benefits. Additionally, the inclusion of bell peppers provides vitamins A and C, contributing to skin health and immune function. The moderate use of oil or ghee in cooking adds healthy fats to the dish. When consumed in moderation and as part of a balanced diet, Masala Paneer can be a nutrient-dense and flavorful option that supports protein intake, immune health, and overall well-being.
