Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce

Peanut sauce brings with it a range of health benefits, deriving from its key ingredient, peanuts. Packed with heart-healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, peanuts support cardiovascular health, while their protein content aids in tissue repair and muscle maintenance. Rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E and niacin, peanut sauce offers antioxidant properties, combating oxidative stress and inflammation. Its low glycaemic index contributes to blood sugar regulation, making it a suitable option for those mindful of their glucose levels. The sauce's potential for weight management lies in its satiating combination of protein and healthy fats. Beyond nutritional benefits, peanut sauce serves as a versatile, plant-based option, adding flavour to vegetarian and vegan diets, and stands as a flavourful alternative to less healthy condiments, promoting both culinary enjoyment and overall well-being.
