Raspberry Delight smoothie not only tantalizes the taste buds but also packs a punch of health benefits. Rich in antioxidants and fiber, raspberries promote heart health, reduce inflammation, and support digestion. The inclusion of yogurt or almond milk provides calcium and probiotics, promoting gut health and aiding in digestion. Bananas contribute potassium, essential for maintaining proper blood pressure levels and supporting muscle function. Spinach, if included, offers vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron and folate, contributing to overall immune support and blood health.


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or almond milk
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Ice cubes


Prepare Ingredients:

  • If using fresh raspberries, wash them thoroughly. Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.

Add Ingredients to Blender:

  • Place the raspberries, banana chunks, plain yogurt or almond milk, fresh spinach, and chia seeds or flaxseeds  into the blender.


  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten the smoothie.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Secure the blender lid and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If using fresh raspberries, you can add a few ice cubes to chill the smoothie.

Check Consistency:

  • After blending, check the consistency of the smoothie. If it's too thick, you can add a splash more almond milk or water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

Taste and Adjust:

  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness if necessary by adding more honey, yogurt, or liquid as desired.


  • Pour the Raspberry Delight smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately! You can garnish with fresh raspberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
