Strawberry cheesecake, while undoubtedly a decadent treat, can offer certain health benefits depending on its ingredients. Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam or fresh strawberries, chopped
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of individual silicone cupcake liners or ramekins.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
- Add the egg and mix until just incorporated.
Assemble and Air Fry:
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the cupcake liners.
- Add a dollop of strawberry jam or chopped strawberries on top.
- Place the cheesecake cups in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 325°F (163°C) for about 15-18 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
Cool and Garnish:
- Allow the cheesecakes to cool completely before removing them from the liners.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries.
Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the cheesecakes for a few hours or overnight to allow them to set fully.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Air Fryer Strawberry Cheesecake Cups.
