Vegetable Spring Rolls

Vegetable Spring Rolls

Vegetable Spring Rolls not only offer a delightful culinary experience but also come packed with health benefits. The colorful array of vegetables, including cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and bean sprouts, provides a rich assortment of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants essential for overall well-being. The incorporation of sesame oil, known for its heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, adds a savory depth of flavor. By opting for the air fryer method rather than deep-frying, the recipe minimizes added fats, reducing overall calorie content while still achieving a satisfying crispy texture. Additionally, the high fiber content from the vegetables and optional rice vermicelli contributes to digestive health and promotes a feeling of fullness. These Vegetable Spring Rolls serve as a nutritious and tasty option, aligning both with culinary enjoyment and health-conscious choices in a single, delectable package.
