  • Puff pastry sheets 
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas, corn, etc.), finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish


Preheat the Air Fryer:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
    Prepare the Vegetable Filling:
    • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onions, sautéing until translucent.
    • Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender but still have a crunch.
    • Stir in tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
    Assemble the Zingy Parcels:
    • Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
    • Spoon the vegetable filling into the center of each puff pastry square.
    Seal and Shape:
    • Fold the puff pastry squares to create parcels, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.
    Air Fry:
    • Place the prepared parcels in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each.
    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the parcels are golden brown and crispy.
    Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish the zingy parcels with fresh herbs.
    • Serve hot with additional dipping sauce if desired.
