So far loving the product. No problems yet. But I think this product is discontinued, so I didn't get the color I wanted. I also think it's pretty expensive. It would've been better if at this price a simple straw topper or cover was provided for at least hygiene purpose. Will see in winter if it can really keep temperature warm.
