How do I register my product's warranty?

Given that we have a wide range of products at SOLARA, please refer to the website for the warranty given on each product. To register and claim your warranty, simply sign up within 7 days of receiving your product using the link https://www.solara.in/pages/product-registration.

Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email, and for certain products, you'll also receive complimentary eBooks (for certain products).

How/When can I claim warranty for my product?

1. To make a warranty claim, ensure that you've registered your product within one week of delivery. 
2. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@solara.in and Our team will promptly address your concerns within 48 hours. 
3. When contacting us, please provide your order information along with photos and videos demonstrating the issue. 
4. Please note that only the damaged part of the product can be replaced, not the entire product.
5. Returns are not accepted for Customized Products
6. Additionally, each product is eligible for warranty replacement only once.
7. Wear and tear of the product, as well as instances of mishandling or misuse, are not covered under warranty.
