  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup cold milk 
  • 1/2 cup yogurt 
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Chilled glasses for serving


Prepare the Mango:

  • Peel, pit, and dice the ripe mangoes. Make sure to choose sweet and ripe mangoes for the best flavor.

Blend Ingredients:

  • In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, cold milk, yogurt (if using), honey or sugar, and vanilla extract.

Blend until Smooth:
