The Tropical Smoothie recipe is a nutritious blend of fruits like banana, pineapple, and mango, offering vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It includes coconut milk for healthy fats and optional Greek yogurt for protein and probiotics. This refreshing smoothie supports overall well-being, making it an ideal choice for breakfast, snack, or post-workout replenishment.


  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 
  • Juice of 1/2 lime 
  • Ice cubes 


 Prepare Ingredients:

  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Measure out the frozen pineapple and mango chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and lime juice.

 Add Ingredients to Blender:

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender.

 Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency.

 Taste and Adjust:

  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey/maple syrup or lime juice if desired.

 Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint and pour the smoothie into glasses.
