How do I register my product's warranty?
Given that we have a wide range of products at SOLARA, please refer to the website for the warranty given on each product. To register and claim your warranty, simply sign up within 7 days of receiving your product using the link https://www.solara.in/pages/product-registration.
Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email, and for certain products, you'll also receive complimentary eBooks (for certain products).
How/When can I claim warranty for my product?
To make a warranty claim:
- Product Registration: Register your product within 7 days of delivery to activate warranty eligibility.
- Issue Reporting: For any concerns, email us at support@solara.in. Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
- Required Information: When contacting us, include:
- Order ID / Invoice
- Clear photos and videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
⚠️ Please note:
Only the damaged part of the product will be replaced (not the entire unit).
Customized products are not eligible for return.
Each product is eligible for only one warranty replacement.

Important Warranty Exclusions
Warranty will be void if the issue arises due to:
- Excessive or improper use
- Failure to follow the user manual
- Accidental drops or physical damage
- Water entering electrical components
- Use of metal utensils or abrasive cleaning tools
- Voltage fluctuations or use without stabilizer
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Natural wear and tear or consumable parts
Appliance-Specific Notes
Air Fryers
Not covered if:
- Food spills onto the heating coil
- Run dry without food
- Metal scrubbers used
- Cleaned under running water
- Dropped causing internal damage
Rice Cookers
Not covered if:
- Inner coating peels from metal spoons
- Incorrect cooking quantities
- Electrical base exposed to water
- Used without voltage stabilizer
Blenders (BlendKwik)
Not covered if:
- Crushed hard items without water incase of BlendKwik
- Overcharging (4+ hrs)
- Improper part assembly causes leaks
- Water enters motor/charging port
- Overuse without breaks burns motor
Slow Juicers
Not covered if:
- Plastic parts break from hard/fibrous produce
- Auger is forced or overloaded
- Water enters motor
- Exceeded recommended usage time
No Warranty Coverage For:
- Products with missing components
- Indirect or incidental damage
- Items reported after allowed window
- Cosmetic damage after use
💡 Replacement Fees for Non-Covered Issues
If your case is excluded from warranty, a small replacement fee (based on product) may apply to receive a new unit.
