Making Paneer Tikka In Oven
To make the paneer barbeque in the oven, preheat the oven at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Take a baking tray, add an aluminium sheet on it and place the skewers on top of it. Spray a little oil on the skewers before you start baking them. Place the baking tray inside the oven and cook for about 10 minutes. You can keep it for longer if you wish to char it further.

Making Grilled Paneer on Stove-Top or pan
To make the paneer barbeque on the stove just spray some oil onto the pan. Then, place the skewers into it and cook from all sides. If you have stovetop gas, then you can directly place the bbq paneer on the wire rack and grill it on an open fire. Cook the paneer until it's properly charred on all sides.

Serving the Paneer Kabab
To serve the dish, first, place it on a neat plate or serving dish and brush it with some butter if you like. Then, sprinkle some chaat masala for taste and squeeze lemon juice on top of it. Serve the paneer tikka sticks with pudina/mint chutney and cut onions.
