Ingredients:
- Puri or papdi
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 cup boiled and diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions

- 1/4 cup mint chutney

Instructions:

- If not using store-bought puris, you can air fry small circles of rolled-out puri dough until they are crispy. You may also use store-bought papdi or puris.
