Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Preferred pizza toppings (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., basil, parsley)

Instructions:

Prepare the Pizza Dough:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of instant yeast and mix well.
  • Gradually add water and knead the dough for 4-5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
