Review Rewards — Terms & Content Use

1. What the SOLARA Review Rewards programme is

We'd love to hear how your SOLARA product is working out. Leave an honest review of a product you bought and received from solara.in, and we'll thank you with a ₹500 SOLARA gift card. Video reviews are especially welcome, but a written or photo review qualifies too.

2. Who can take part

  • You bought the product from solara.in and it has been delivered to you.
  • You're a resident of India, aged 18 or over.
  • One ₹500 gift card per delivered order. (If an order has multiple products, one qualifying review per order earns the reward.)
  • SOLARA employees, their immediate family, and our agencies/partners are not eligible.

3. Honest reviews only — and we mean it

  • The reward is for a genuine, honest review based on your real experience — good or bad. You get the ₹500 regardless of your rating or what you say.
  • We never require, request, or reward a positive review, and we do not remove, edit, or hide reviews because they're critical. All eligible honest reviews are published and rewarded the same way.
  • Reviews that are fake, copied, abusive, off-topic, or not based on a real purchase do not qualify and may be removed.

4. Disclosure (please mention the incentive)

Because we're giving you a gift card, this is an incentivised review. In line with the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IS 19000:2022 (online consumer reviews), we ask you to clearly state in your review that you received a SOLARA gift card for leaving it (for example: "I received a ₹500 SOLARA gift card for an honest review."). We also disclose this incentive ourselves wherever these reviews are shown.

5. How we may use your review and any photos/videos ("Content")

By submitting a review, photos, or video through our review programme, you grant Win The Buy Box Private Limited (SOLARA) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, crop, caption, publish, and display that Content for marketing and promotional purposes across any media now known or later developed — including our website, product pages, emails, social media, ads, packaging, and in-store/marketplace listings. We may use your first name and city alongside it. We are not obliged to use your Content, and we may stop using it at our discretion.

6. Your confirmations

By submitting Content, you confirm that:

  • It is your own original work and you have the right to grant the licence in Section 5;
  • You have the consent of anyone identifiable in the Content (and, for any minors shown, the consent of their parent/guardian);
  • The Content does not infringe anyone's rights and contains nothing unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or offensive;
  • You waive any moral rights and any claim to payment beyond the ₹500 gift card for our use of the Content as described.

7. Your ₹500 gift card

  • The reward is a SOLARA gift card worth ₹500, issued to the email address on your order after your eligible review is verified.
  • Typically issued within 7 business days of verification.
  • The gift card is redeemable on solara.in, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Standard SOLARA gift-card terms apply.
  • One gift card per delivered order (see Section 2).

8. How to claim

  1. Open the link in your review-request email (or visit the product page for what you bought) and use the "Write a review" option.
  2. Submit your honest rating, a few words, and (optionally) a photo or 30-second-plus video.
  3. Once verified as a genuine purchase, we email your ₹500 gift card to your order email.

9. Privacy

Your review and any Content you submit, along with your name/city if displayed, are handled per our Privacy Policy. Reviews and media are managed through our reviews provider (Judge.me).

10. Changes, eligibility decisions, and contact

We may update, pause, or end this programme at any time; changes take effect when posted here. We may decline a reward where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Questions? Email [email protected].
