If it looks covered, we arrange a free pickup (usually 2–4 days) and inspect the product to verify the fault (typically 2–5 business days after receipt).
4Resolution
Based on inspection, SOLARA may repair, replace parts, replace the product, or offer a partial refund. Approved items dispatch within 2–4 business days.
Important information.Each product is eligible for only one warranty replacement. Replacement parts continue the original warranty period — they do not start a new warranty. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty applies to normal domestic/household use only; products used for commercial purposes are not covered. Warranty is void if the serial or batch number has been removed, defaced, or tampered with. Products from unauthorized sellers, secondhand, or unlisted offline channels are not eligible. Product performance may vary based on ingredients, recipes, user technique, maintenance, environmental conditions, and adherence to instructions — variations in cooking, blending, juicing, or food-preparation results do not qualify for warranty.
03What's Not Covered
Warranty does not apply if the issue is caused by any of the following.
