Triply Cookware Sets — Which Pieces You Need

Buying triply stainless steel cookware as a set costs less than the same pieces bought individually, and it means the whole stovetop routine is covered by cookware with no coating to replace. Every piece is SS 304 over an aluminium heat core, induction ready, and inert with acidic food from day one.

What each piece is for

PieceDoes
Kadai with lidCurries, sabzi, deep frying, anything simmered
Fry panSearing, shallow frying, browning masala
Tadka panTempering spices without scorching them
CasseroleDal, stock, rice, biryani

Which combination to start with

  • Kadai + fry pan. The highest-value pair — between them they cover almost all daily cooking.
  • Add a casserole if you cook dal and rice in quantity or batch-cook on weekends.
  • Add a tadka pan last. It is inexpensive, and it stops you heating a large pan for a spoonful of tempering.

Using steel well

Steel is not non-stick and does not pretend to be. Heat the dry pan, add oil, then food — and food releases once a crust forms. The water drop test takes ten seconds and removes the guesswork: how to cook on stainless steel without sticking.

Common questions

Do all pieces work on induction? Yes — the magnetic steel outer works on every cooktop type.

Is a set cheaper? Yes, every combo here is priced below the same pieces bought separately, in one order.

Any maintenance? Essentially none. No seasoning, no coating, dishwasher-friendly, metal utensils fine.
