I bought the Solara 12L air fryer and made a bunch of recipes in it since last few days. The cooking time and quality is highly appreciated. It does take a while to learn the mechanics and technicalities but super easy. I made bread pizza, potato wedges, fried cauliflower and frozen aloo tikki and the results were really amazing. Everything turned out super crispy and fresh.
It doesn’t quite function at best with all the trays in it, like 3 dishes at a time as shown in the picture. And the mittens are not at all heat resistant. They melted when I first tried taking out the hot tray with it.
We tasted oil free fried chicken fish potato and few vegetables.Really good Air fryer.observed very very less smell while non veg frying.Great design. Thanks.

I bought this Solara 12l airfryer and I am very happy. Before I don't know how to use but it is very simple. I make fries, pizzas, chicken and it comes very crispy. Oil also very less so good for health. My family really like the taste.

A much have in the kitchen - can multi task - just marinate and do other odd jods/cleaning at home - less oil healthy option

Air Fryer Oven — An Air Fryer and an Oven in One
An air fryer oven is a convection oven with an air-fryer-grade fan and a chamber big enough for racks and a rotisserie. That combination is why it has become the appliance most Indian kitchens actually want: you get the crisping of an air fryer and the capacity and baking ability of an OTG, on one plug and one patch of counter.
What it does that a basket air fryer cannot
- Cooks for a family in one go. No cooking snacks in three batches.
- Bakes properly. Cakes, cookies and pizza have room to rise and brown.
- Rotisserie. Whole chicken, kebabs and tikka on a turning rod — a basket cannot do this at all.
- Multiple racks. Two trays at once, which is where the real time saving is.
- Dehydrating. Low, long heat for fruit and herbs.

Getting the best results
- Spread food in a single layer on each rack. Crowding steams instead of crisps — the most common mistake in any air fryer.
- Give lean food a light oil coat. Chicken breast, paneer and fish dry out otherwise; a spray is enough.
- Rotate trays halfway when using two racks, since the top rack browns faster.
- Use the residual heat. Run batches back to back rather than reheating a cold chamber.
Running cost
Less than most people expect. A typical air fryer oven session works out to roughly ₹5–7 of electricity, and it skips the OTG's long preheat. Full working numbers for Indian tariffs are in air fryer electricity consumption in India.
Common questions
Can it replace my oven? For most home cooking, yes — it bakes, grills, roasts and air fries. For very large roasts, a full-size oven still has more room.
Is air-fried food actually healthier? It uses far less oil than deep frying, which is the whole health argument and a real one. The honest limits are set out in air fryer disadvantages.
How do I clean it? Let it cool, then wipe the chamber and wash the racks and trays. Accessories go in warm soapy water.
