No more sticking

Will food stick? Not if you do this.

Stainless gives you a sear non-stick can't — you just need one simple trick before you cook.

  1. 1

    Preheat the pan

Heat the empty pan on medium for about 2 minutes — patience here is everything.

  2. 2

    Do the water test

Flick a few drops of water in. When they bead up and glide like mercury, the pan is ready.

  3. 3

    Add oil, then cook

Swirl in oil, then add your food. It releases cleanly — no sticking, perfect browning.

Master this once and you'll never miss non-stick.

Stainless vs non-stick: do the math

Non-stick gets tossed every couple of years. This pan lasts decades.

Buyer's guide

Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Combo — Cooker + Pan Set

The Triply Pressure Duo is a stainless steel pressure cooker combo: a deep triply pressure cooker paired with a wide triply pressure pan. Both pieces are SS 304 inside with an aluminium heat core and a magnetic steel outer, and both work on induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen.

Why a cooker + pan set beats two cookers

Two vessels of the same shape just give you more of the same. A cooker and a pan cover different jobs, and running them together is what actually shortens a weeknight dinner — dal in the cooker while the sabzi finishes in the pan.

  • The cooker is tall and deep — dal, rice, rajma, chole, biryani, anything that foams or needs volume
  • The pan is wide and shallow — sautéing masala, sabzi, dum dishes, shallow curries, one-pan meals

Which pairing should you choose?

CombinationSuits
2L cooker + 2L pan1–2 people; couples and compact kitchens
2L cooker + 3L panSmall household that cooks large sabzi portions
3L cooker + 2L panThe most popular balance for a family of 3–4
3L cooker + 3L panFamily of 4–5 cooking both dishes at full size
5L cooker + 2L panBatch dal and rice, everyday-size sabzi
5L cooker + 3L panJoint families and regular entertaining

Unsure on capacity? Our pressure cooker size guide works it through by number of people.

Is the combo cheaper than buying separately?

Yes — every pairing is priced below the two individual pieces, up to 43% off MRP, with a single checkout and one delivery.

Why triply for both pieces

Triply means three bonded layers of metal, not a coating. The SS 304 inner surface is non-reactive, so tomato and tamarind will not pit it, and there is nothing to chip or wear off the way a hard-anodised or non-stick surface does. More in what is a triply pressure cooker.

Common questions

Can I mix sizes? Yes — any cooker size (2L, 3L or 5L) with either pan size (2L or 3L).

Do both pieces work on induction? Yes, both have a flat magnetic triply base.

Do they share spare parts? They use the same style of outer lid, safety valve and gasket system, so there is one routine to learn — but order the gasket that matches each diameter.
